Small Group Practices
Small Group Wrestling Practices
Our small group wrestling practices are designed for athletes of similar age, weight, and experience level, creating the ideal environment for focused instruction and steady improvement. Each group is limited to 4–10 wrestlers, ensuring personalized coaching and plenty of individual attention.
Groups will meet once per week each month and focus on:
- Fundamental techniques and proper mechanics
- Building a strong foundation in stance, motion, and positioning
- Match strategy and situational awareness
- Offensive and defensive systems
- Chain wrestling and transitions
- Takedown setups and finishes
- Top and bottom position development
- Live drilling and controlled situational wrestling
- Conditioning specific to wrestling performance
- Mental toughness and confidence building
- Sportsmanship and competitive mindset
These sessions are designed to accelerate development, reinforce core skills, and help wrestlers gain the confidence needed to compete at the next level — all in a focused, high-energy training environment.

Don’t see a small group listed above that fits your needs? Create your own!
We encourage athletes to find a training partner (or a few) who are similar in age, weight, and experience level. It’s best to choose teammates who can be consistent and committed so the group can grow and improve together.
Once you have your group (4–10 wrestlers), we’ll work with you to schedule a weekly session focused on fundamentals, advanced technique, match strategy, and overall development.
2026 Club Practice Schedule
Spring Practice Session: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.
Practice start March 31st to June 25th.
March 31st to April 30th $100.00
May 5th to May 28th $80.00
June 2nd to July 2nd $100.00

Wrestlers who sign up for a full month will be eligible for a discount for small groups.
1 on 1 Private Session:
Limited to wrestlers 10-18 y/o. Must have wrestling experience and competition experience.
$75.00 per session
1 on 2 Private Session:
Must provide your own practice partner. Must have wrestling experience.
$40.00 per session
Vineland Wrestler Discount: $35.00 per session
Small Group:
Limited to 10 Wrestlers: Available days Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Practice day will be set based on availability.
This practice group will meet once a week during the month each month, $30.00 per practice. Drop-Ins are not available, wrestlers must commit for the month and pay in full. Practices are designed to build progressively over time with the same practice partners. It is recommended you bring your own partner who can make the same commitment as you.
Discount available: Vineland Wrestlers ($25.00 per session)
Any wrestlers who wrestled for Vineland during the 2025-2026 season is eligible.
Discount available: Blueline Monthly Membership ($20.00 per session)
Wrestlers who are signed up for a full month of club practice is eligible.
